Attire: Garden Party Color Guidelines Please do not wear white. (Seriously, just don’t!) We also suggest avoiding light pink or light yellow, as these colors can photograph as white. Suggested Style Suits are encouraged, but no need for it to be overly formal. For a garden-party look, floral prints, flowy fabrics, jewel tones, or pastel colors are perfect choices. Dresses in midi, tea-length, or floor-length are all great options, and if you prefer pants, a dressy pantsuit or tailored separates work beautifully. Our goal is for everyone to feel comfortable and look great while doing it! Special Touch Bolo ties are a favorite of the couple and a special nod to the bride’s paternal grandfather, so if you’re feeling adventurous, it’s a fun and meaningful addition! Weather Considerations Spring in Charlotte can be unpredictable—it might be chilly, or it could be quite warm. Be sure to check the forecast closer to the date and dress accordingly. The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting), so plan for the elements. The reception will be inside, giving you a chance to warm up or cool down. Footwear Advisory There will be grass around the ceremony area, so we recommend avoiding stilettos. Opt for block heels, flats, or other comfortable shoes to stay steady and stylish.
Please RSVP by March 1st
While we adore your children, our venue does not have the room for your little ones. Please make it a date night. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accomadate a plus one for everyone. If we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied. If you know you got a plus one but can't find them in the RSVP we might have spelled their name wrong (sorry). Let us know and we can fix it!
We are registered on Amazon (https://shorturl.at/UjsUB) and Zola. If you are local to Charlotte and would like to volunteer to pet sit as a present we would love that!
We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. We have included a space within the RSVP to share your allergies. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to email us at BradleyRendeiroWed@gmail.com and we will confer with our caterer.
The ceremony begins promptly at 6pm. We recommend arriving by 5:45. Our hotel block will be providing a shuttle to the service that we highly recommend utilizing. Please keep in mind that travel will occur during Friday rush hour and factor that into your timing.
Yes, we will have wine, beer, and seltzer available during the reception. We will also have soda, lemonade, and coffee available for those who don't drink. Please do NOT bring in any outside alcohol in any form, if our venue notes outside alcohol there is a $500 charge.
Smoking is allowed around the fire pit at the reception. A friendly reminder that marijuana is illegal in North Carolina.
There is parking available at the venue. HOWEVER, you are not allowed to leave your car overnight. We would encourage anyone who is planning on drinking to utilize Lyft/Uber or use the shuttle provided to/from the hotel.
We have two hotel blocks. They are both listed and linked in our travel section.
