When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We request that you arrive near 3:00 in the afternoon. A welcome cocktail will be provided, and the ceremony will start at 3:30. SHUTTLE INFORMATION The optional shuttle will pick up guests at the Santa Ynez Valley Marriott hotel at 2:15, and in downtown Solvang (The Landsby) at 2:45. Shuttle return to downtown Solvang and the SYV Marriott will leave the venue at 9:00pm and 10:00pm. There will be free parking onsite at the venue if you'd like to drive yourself.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request semi-formal attire. For ladies: a cocktail dress, a gown, or a dressy jumpsuit. For gentlemen: a suit. Please be mindful that the wedding and reception are outdoors, and the ground may be uneven. We recommend bringing a jacket or a wrap, as evenings can get very cold in the Santa Ynez Valley.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but our venue does not have the space for your little ones. Feel free to make it a date night! If you would like babysitter recommendations, please reach out to us and we're happy to help.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking on-site or nearby. You are welcome to drive yourself, and we will have parking attendants to help you find a spot. We will also offer shuttle transportation from the SYV Marriott and from downtown Solvang (The Landsby) to the venue. After the reception, the shuttle will be dropping guests off in downtown Solvang and the SYV Marriott (9:00 and 10:00 departures).
