When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know if you will be attending by September 1st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We request that you arrive near 3:00 in the afternoon. A welcome cocktail will be provided, and the ceremony will start at 3:30. We will have a shuttle pickup at the SYV Marriott and in downtown Solvang that can transport you to the venue. You are welcome to drive yourself as well.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request semi-formal attire. For ladies: a cocktail dress, a gown, or a dressy jumpsuit. For gentlemen: a tuxedo or a suit. Please be mindful that the wedding and reception are outdoors, and the ground may be uneven. We recommend bringing a jacket or a wrap, as evenings can get very cold in the Santa Ynez Valley.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but our venue does not have the space for your little ones. Feel free to make it a date night! If you would like babysitter recommendations, please reach out to us and we're happy to help.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking on-site or nearby. You are welcome to drive yourself, and we will have parking attendants to help you find a spot. We will also offer shuttle transportation from the SYV Marriott and from downtown Solvang to the venue. After the reception, the shuttle will be dropping guests off in downtown Solvang and the SYV Marriott (9:00 and 10:00 departures).
