When should I RSVP by?

We need your RSVP by April 1st
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We will provide a 56 passenger bus from the hotel to the wedding venue and back. It will take one round-trip. Please note uber will likely not be an option in the country. Please have a designated driver.
Question
Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Sarah and Brad will be at the hotel bar Friday night and at hotel breakfast Saturday morning. We would love to see you there!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are registered at Amazon, Target, and Anthropologie.
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to find a seat!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire. Guests should wear slacks and a jacket or a dress. We would love for guests to wear spring colors to celebrate!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Your invitation will indicate how many seats we have reserved for you. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests outside of your reserved amount.

Are kids welcome?

We will be hosting an adult reception and would like to stay a child free event. If you need more information, please reach out to us.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have rooms reserved at Springhill Suites in Downtown Roanoke. This is a 30 minute drive to our venue. We will be providing a shuttle to and from the hotel to our venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We have tried to be accommodating to those with allergies and dietary restrictions by selecting a menu that is generally friendly. If you have specific concerns, please let us know by reaching our to Sarah or Brad by April 1st.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is ample parking at the ceremony site. There is no overnight parking allowed.
