Their story began on August 9, 2022, on the first day of their junior year at Walker High School. What started as an unexpected friendship quickly grew into a close bond. They spent their days laughing together, teasing one another, and creating memories that would ultimately become the foundation of a lasting relationship. One of the earliest milestones in their journey came when Patrick introduced Natalie to his family at their ring ceremony. Although neither of them realized it at the time, his family would soon become an important part of her life. Later that evening, Patrick shared with his mother that he believed Natalie was the one he would spend his life with. As Christmas break arrived in December 2022, they said goodbye, assuming their friendship would simply remain a chapter of their high school years. However, on February 5, 2023, everything changed when Patrick sent Natalie a simple text message: "I like you and think we should hang out sometime." From that moment forward, they became inseparable. Their first date was spent talking for hours in the academy parking lot after school during a rainstorm. It was a simple moment, but one that marked the beginning of their relationship. Just two weeks later, under the carport at his mother's home, Patrick told Natalie he loved her for the first time. Like any strong relationship, theirs has been shaped by both joyful moments and challenges. Through every obstacle, they learned how to communicate, grow together, and strengthen the foundation of their partnership. Those experiences helped shape the relationship they share today. On December 24, 2023, Patrick proposed, and they became engaged. Although they were still in high school, they were confident in the future they envisioned together and the life they hoped to build. The year 2024 brought significant change as they graduated, entered adulthood, and began navigating life's responsibilities together. Through each new experience, they continued to support one another and grow as a couple. In 2025, they received the wonderful news that they were expecting their baby boy. During the pregnancy, their bond grew stronger than ever. At 24 weeks, their son was diagnosed with colonic atresia and required surgery immediately after birth. He spent two weeks in the NICU, a period that tested their strength and resilience. Together, they faced every challenge with hope, determination, and unwavering support for one another. Today, in 2026, they are grateful for the life they have built together. They share a home, three beloved dogs, and the joy of raising their beautiful son. As they prepare to begin this next chapter as husband and wife, they are excited to celebrate their love story with the family and friends who have supported them along the way.
