It was the late summer. We had worked together for a while, but never noticed each other. One day, at an afterwork event, we happened to both be there and the sparks started igniting. After that, we noticed each other more and more at work until one day we decided we'd hang out after work. I was at home one afternoon watching "Chicken Run" and texting Bradley telling him about it. He swore that he had never seen it and that he wanted to come over to watch it with me. He was a perfect gentleman and we watched Chicken Run, laughed, and talked for our first-ever date. Later in our relationship, he told me that he had already seen the movie! After that first date, the rest really was history. We didn't want to spend a day apart. We fell hard and fast for each other. Looking back, we both can't believe that we were just 22 when we met each other. It's been eight years since our story began. We met at a time when we were both growing into adulthood. There were times when we had to find our selves but we always found each other time and time again as well. Now, we can't wait to officially be married and make a vow to each other to continue to grow together always.
