Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome to attend, but you know your child best—please consider their attention span and comfort when deciding whether to bring them. We want this to be a memorable experience for them—and for us. There will be a separate room with games and space for kids’ activities. Adult supervision is required at all times to ensure everyone stays safe and has fun.

Will parts of the wedding be on grass or uneven ground?

Yes, If you attending the ceremony, it will be in a redwood grove. Please consider your footwear.

Is there a shuttle or transportation service?

Answer

There are plenty of hotels and places to stay by the reception venue. However, if you choose to stay at the room block hotel, there will be a shuttle service taking people to and from the reception venue. Limited shuttle service.

Will food be provided?

Answer

Yes, food will be provided at the reception. However, if you are invited to attend the wedding ceremony at 2pm. we recommend you have lunch before hand as only light ordervs and drinks will be available.

Can I bring extra guests not listed on my invitation?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests. Due to limited seating and the availability of catered food and drinks, we are unable to accommodate extra attendees.

How late will the reception go?

Answer

The venue rules state the wedding must be done by midnight. But there will be a wave of wedding attendees that will head back to the Bear River Casino resort for some after party fun!

No official registry!

Can I still bring a gift if there is no registry?

Answer

Definately, we are greateful for any gifts. Additionally, we have a newlywed fund at and a card box will be at the reception.

Will alcohol be served?

Yes! Light beverages and alcoholic drinks will be availible at the wedding ceremony and and open bar will be available at the reception at the river lodge.
