How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by using this website. Please use the RSVP tab and follow the directions for entering your name. Once you find your name, please RSVP for all events including welcome party, reception, and the after party!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm in the afternoon but we ask that you please get there at least 15 minutes in advance! We will have transportation available from the Best Western Hotel and in the town of Hammondsport to ensure everyone gets there on time!

Is there transportation available?

Answer

Yes! We will have buses pick up guests first at the Best Western Hotel, then at Maloney’s Pub in the central part of Hammonsport. We will also have the bus drop guests off in the same locations after the wedding. We do ask that you please see the travel tab on this website to see a more detailed explanation of the locations and time of pick-up/drop-off for the bus.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at venue, however there are limited spaces available. We ask that you use our transportation if possible.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will be indoors. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass!

What is the dress code?

Answer

For the wedding, the dress code is cocktail / semi-formal attire! For the welcome party, attire is casual— thinking summer sundresses or linen for the women and casual button down and shorts/pants for the men!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please include any dietary restrictions when filling out the RSVP and deciding on your dinner selection.
