The Wedding Website of Ashley Chaddock and Bradley Garside
For reference, the photo above is the chairlift that will bring our guests to the ceremony. The lift is handicap accessible and can come to a complete stop to load and unload all guests as needed.
Question

Where will the ceremony take place?

Answer

Our ceremony will be happening on top of a mountain. No, you don’t have to hike to the top. There is a brand new ski lift that is handicap accessible that will be bringing our guests to the top.

Question

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes. There is a shuttle that will make stops at The Valley Inn and The Golden Eagle Lodge and will bring you to and from ceremony/reception location. The shuttle will start picking guests up at 2:00pm and will make its last pick up at 2:45pm. If you are not staying in Waterville, you are welcome to drive to the ceremony/reception location and use the parking available. The shuttle will begin making its rounds from the reception back to The Valley Inn and Golden Eagle Lodge starting at 8:30pm and will run until 11:00pm.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony, and what if I’m late?

Answer

The ski lift will start boarding at 3:00pm. It is recommended that you arrive to the base of the mountain no later than 3:30pm. The last ski lift to the top will run at 3:30pm. If you plan on arriving after this, you should consider bringing your hiking boots, as they turn the lift off during the ceremony and you will not be allowed up.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail casual. We want you to feel comfortable in what you’re wearing while still looking your best. We just ask that you don’t wear jeans. Side Note: While the wedding will be taking place during late summer, the ceremony will be atop a mountain where there will be a chance that it could get windy.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

When you RSVP, it will indicate whether or not a plus one is allowed. We kindly ask that plus ones are only used on significant others.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but we want this to be a night/weekend away for you without them.
