Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to include more people in our celebration, we can only accommodate the names of the people listed on the invitations.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your kids, please note that we are unable to accommodate children at our ceremony or our reception, so please make arrangements for childcare ahead of time (and give them a hug from us!). We'd love to see your kids at our Sunday Breakfast.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear wedding cocktail attire! The Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outdoors while the Reception and After Party will be inside. Maine in the Fall could mean a possible chill in the air, so you may want to plan an appropriate wrap, shawl or jacket just in case of cooler temperatures.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

No. The hotel does not do blocks of hotel rooms, so guests can contact the hotel directly to book a room. You can stay in either the historic portion of the hotel or the new modern addition. Note: The historic rooms do not have all the modern amenities of the modern addition. Also, if you want breakfast included daily, please book the B&B package. Please make sure you specify when you book.

Can you accommodate my food allergy or dietary restriction?

Both the Cocktail Hour and Reception Buffet will have vegetarian options. The Reception Buffet will allow you to select the food you want.

Is there parking available at The Colony Hotel?

Yes, self-parking is available at the hotel for the event.
