As many of 21st century relationships, it all started with a swipe. One swipe on a silly app and both of our lives changed for the best. After weeks of talking, Brad surprised Tam at work with a late-night dinner. The following weekend he patiently waited 4 HOURS for her to arrive to their first date. Arrive she did, and the ever-patient Brad had an entire day of events planned for the best first date possible. Two days later, needing to make up for the 4 hours of tardiness, Tam had a day of adventures planned for them in McMinnville. They ended up at the McMenamins Hotel at the rooftop bar. After watching the sunset on the rooftop, Tam introduced Brad to Ruby, the infamous pug. Ruby immediately claimed him to Tam's surprise. Tam turned to Brad and said, "So, I guess you're my boyfriend now." Brad replied, "Yea." Exactly 8 years later, both Brad and Tam proposed to each other.
