We met through Bradlee's roommate and best friend, Alley, who Shane had a class with at Bloomsburg in 2014. We were acquaintances, but never really talked or hung out until 2017. Shane tweeted something about wanting to go star-gazing, and Bradlee said she would go with him, platonically, of course. We were best friends for a year before getting together, and the rest is history!

We were on a long awaited vacation in Croatia. On Tuesday, we drove 3 hours to Lake Plitvice National Park which is filled with waterfalls, wooden footbridges, and beautiful blue lakes. At the final waterfall, Bradlee walked forward to catch up with the rest of the group. She heard Shane call her name and turned around to find him down on one knee in the middle of the bridge. He even got our friend Zoli to photograph the whole thing!
