Are children welcome?

While we hold the youngest members of society in the highest regard, this celebration is reserved for our adult guests. We thank you for arranging care for your little ones and joining us for a joyous evening of merriment.

Dress code?
Answer
Dress to impress, but keep it light and breezy. As our radiant bride shall be adorned in white, we ask that guests avoid both white and black —so kindly save your frocks in those shades for another soirée. P.S. It will be warm! Please dress for the heat—lightweight fabrics and breathable materials are encouraged

A registry has been prepared at Zola, Macy’s, and Crate & Barrel for those who may wish to offer a token of celebration. Kindly refer to the Registry tab for details

At what hour should guests arrive?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 5:00 PM, so that you may be comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM.

Is parking provided?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue and no payment is needed. All parking is self-park.

Hotel Block?
Answer
Accommodations have been arranged at the Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento Elk Grove. Kindly reserve via the group link or by calling (916) 691-1900, and request the “Rebecca & Bradford’s Wedding” or use Group Code "REBB" for rate of $179 per night. Reservations must be secured by Thursday, July 16th, 2026. We have graciously held 10 rooms for August 7th and 10 rooms for August 8th, all departing August 9th, 2026.
Question
Will transportation be included?
Answer
Transportation will be arranged for guests staying at our hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento Elk Grove to and from the venue. Shuttles will depart from the hotel prior to the ceremony and return after the reception concludes. Final timings will be shared as the date approaches—rest assured, your journey will be as seamless as the celebration itself.
