Where is the venue for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be at The Whippoorwill Venue. The address is 1201 Old Barnes Rd, Mathews, AL 36052.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 2, 2026. You can RSVP by scanning the QR code on the card that came with your invitation or you can visit our website. We can’t wait to celebrate with you, and having your response by then helps us finalize seating, meals, and all the little details!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:30 PM. This will give you time to park, find your seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins. Our ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered at Amazon. Your presence truly means the most to us, but if you’d like to give a gift, we’ve picked out a few things we love.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If a plus one is listed on your invitation, you’re welcome to bring a guest. Otherwise, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids! However, due to space and planning, only children who are listed on the invitation are invited to attend.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block at the Hampton Inn & Suites Montgomery-Eastchase for your convenience. If you choose to stay here, please book your room by April 5, 2026. This will ensure your discounted rate. We also recommend the Home 2 Suites by Hilton in Troy as another great nearby option.

Yes! Parking will be available on campus for both the ceremony and reception, so no need to worry about finding a spot.
