General Info

The closest airport to fly into is Hamburg, which is a ~1 hour drive from the Lübeck area! (Don't be fooled if you find the Lübeck airport online - it's not really in use anymore.) There is a good train connection from Hamburg to Lübeck, but it departs from Hamburg Central Station rather than the airport and Lübeck has poor public transport, so you are likely better off with a rental car. There are plenty of hotels in Lübeck and near the beach at the Lübeck Bay by the Baltic Sea. We will have events in both the city and by the beach, and there is plenty to do in both areas (~20 minutes apart), so book based on your activity preference! BAYSIDE Hotel Scharbeutz Ostsee
