5-Hour or 10-Hour Deep Sea Fishing Trips: A Deep Sea Fishing trip is so much fun for everyone. Fishing charters sail out at 7:00 am until noon or 5:00 pm several days every week. All tickets include bait, rod & reel, state sales tax, and fishing license. All vessels are equipped to serve freshly prepared breakfast and lunch sandwiches, snacks, beer, coffee, and sodas - CASH ONLY. You keep what you catch as long as it is in season. Fish market at the marina will clean & freeze them for $0.80/lb. Sunset Dolphin Encounter Cruise: Sail for 1.5 hours through the Historic Grand Lagoon into St. Andrews Bay, then up through the channel known as “The Pass” out to the edge of the Gulf and watch the dolphins play. St. Andrew’s Bay is home to a large population of Bottlenose Dolphins. The sunset cruise is less than $30 per person and sails most every evening at 5:30 pm. Would advise to book in advance, as they do sell out.
Western-style steakhouse dining experience.
Phillips Inlet is a gem of an undeveloped beach right where Powell Lake meets the Gulf waters. It is mostly undeveloped beach with pure white sand and shallow waters. This area is located between Pinnacle Port and Camp Helen State Park. Accessible only by walking the beach a short distance from either location or driving to a nearby public access located about 200 yards south of US 98 at the end of South Walton Lakeshore Drive. Fun side note: Luke Bryan filmed his music video for "Rollercoaster" at Phillips Inlet.
