Transportation Information Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the wedding venue. Shuttles will begin picking up guests from The Westin and the Elk Lot starting at 3:20 PM. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure a timely departure. Please note that the Westin shuttle pickup is reserved exclusively for guests staying at The Westin. There is no event parking available at The Westin, so guests who are not staying there should plan to park at the Elk Lot and use the shuttle service from that location. At the conclusion of the reception, return shuttles will begin looping between the venue, The Westin, and the Elk Lot starting at 8:30 PM. Shuttle service will continue throughout the evening, with the final shuttles departing immediately following the couple’s send-off. The last shuttle is expected to depart around 10:45 PM.
