Are there hotels closer to the reception venue?

Answer

The hotels close to the reception venue will be closer to Green Bay. Because the Green Bay Packers schedule will not be released till May, hotels in that area are quoting us the Packer rate which is significantly more expensive than a non-game weekend. For that reason, we arranged for hotel blocks in Appleton so that people can start planning their travel without that roadblock in place.

When should hotel blocks be booked by?

Answer

Pleas make sure you make your reservation by August 24, 2025 to get the discounted hotel block rate. After this date, the remaining rooms will be released.

Absolutely. If you specify this in your RSVP submission, we will be more than happy to accommodate this.
