Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We are requesting semi-formal/cocktail attire for our wedding. Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) followed by a tent reception, so please keep this in mind when selecting your outfits. Ladies, we recommend avoiding thin high heels to prevent you from getting stuck in the grass!

Will there be a cash bar?
Answer
Yes, we will be having a cash bar during our cocktail hour and reception. Our bar is only able to take cash, not cards or mobile payments.

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
We can only accommodate those guests invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will be listed on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

Will there be transportation provided?
Answer
Yes! We will be providing transportation from our reception to Grandstay Hotel & Suites in Montevideo, MN. There will be a shuttle starting at 9PM, with a final pickup time of 12:00 AM. Guests can leave their vehicles at our reception site overnight. We recommend planning ahead and carpooling if you plan on using the provided transportation so that you have a way to get back to your vehicle the next day. Please note that there will be no transportation provided prior to 9 PM, and the only drop off site will be to the Grandstay Hotel in Montevideo, MN.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Our invitations will be specific and will include the children who are invited. When you RSVP, you will also see the names of invited family members.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We love our photographer, and you will too! We will be having an "unplugged ceremony", where we kindly ask that all phones are silenced and put away during our wedding ceremony. This will allow our guests to be fully present with us, and let our photographer do her magic. We promise we will share all of the photos from when we say "I do" as soon as possible! After the ceremony, please take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), followed by a tent reception. If inclement weather were to occur, both the ceremony and reception would take place under the tent.
Question
Will gluten free options be provided during the meal?
Answer
We know that many of our loved ones follow a gluten free diet. Our meal will be almost entirely gluten free, with the exception of the pasta salad and dinner roll. If you have a different dietary restriction that you would like us to know about, please contact us at 320-304-5914.
