Question

Where is the resort located? Where should we get flights to?

Answer

The resort is located in Punta, Cana, Dominican Republic. We recommend flying into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Booking flights earlier rather than later is highly recommended. The resort is located about a 20 minute drive from PUJ. Transfers to the hotel can be arranged through our travel agent, Barefoot Bridal, or coordinated individually. Please refer to the booking link for more information.

Will I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! A passport is needed to fly anywhere internationally - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. We are unable to make it

Answer

We decided to do a destination wedding so we could maximize our time and memories with our closest friends and family. While we would love to have everyone in attendance, we completely understand there are many circumstances with a destination wedding that can make attendance difficult for many of our guests. With that said, please let us know as soon as you can if you are unable to make it absolutely NO hard feelings! We would love to arrange some informal events to celebrate with those who are unable to make it abroad. Details to come :)

Are kids welcome?

Yes! We chose a family friendly resort for a reason. Just let us know ahead of time if they will be joining and their ages at the time of travel.

Question

Do I have to do the deposit for the rooms?

Answer

It is highly recommended, but not required. This hotel tends to book out quickly and far in advance so the sooner the better so we can get a good idea on those planning to come and get those rooms locked in. The deadline for the $100 deposit is June 25, 2026. Do not worry there will still be rooms available until November 2026 for booking. Keep in mind inventory may be more limited approaching November.

Is the $100 deposit refundable for the booking reservation?

Answer

Yes, it is just a reservation to hold the room and is fully refundable until November 23rd, 2026. Please see more details at: https://couples.barefootbridal.com/kirabraden The $100 will be used towards your booking total as well.
