How is COVID-19 going to affect the wedding?

Answer

The wedding is still happening, and our plans will not be changing. The ceremony will be outside and guest will be spread out. We are also taking full advantage of our venue space and spreading reception tables out. However, your safety is our main concern. We completely understand if you feel uncomfortable attending due to the COVID-19 virus.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

We are planning our wedding ceremony to be outside and our reception inside. If the weather does not cooperate we will move the ceremony inside as well.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Heyward Manor in Iva, SC.

What time should I arrive

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 5pm, so we ask that guest start arriving around 4:15. This ensures that everyone is seated before the wedding party walks down the isle.

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

Either will be fine.

Question

Is there parking available near the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there will be plenty of parking for everyone. There is also a circle drive for guest to be dropped off right at the door.

Can I bring a plus one and or my children?

Answer

Yes as long as you RSVP the correct number of people you will be bringing along.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

The menu includes a ham and roast beef carving station, goat cheese mashed potatoes, green beans, and fresh fruits and veggies from Earle Street Kitchen & Bar. For desert we will have a variety of cake flavors including strawberry, chocolate cordial cherry, butter, pecan, and lemon.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask that you please don't take photos during our ceremony, but do not mind you taking pictures during the reception. You are more than welcome to post any of your pictures on social media and be sure to tag us, use our wedding hashtag, and Snap Chat Filter.
