We were on a holiday trip with family in Boulder, Colorado. We went to Chautauqua Park for our final hike before heading home. There is a great spot along the hike to get a picture of the mountain. Right as we got to the spot to take our usual picture, Brady took off his beanie and threw it in the dirt. Out of confusion, I turned around and asked him why he threw the beanie. When I turned back around, he was down on one knee, asking me to marry him. My first words..."You're lying!" It was a complete shock, but after a little convincing that this, in fact, was for real, I said YES! It was truly one of the happiest days of our lives!
