We will have water available and handheld fans for guests during the ceremony. Guests are also more than welcome to stay in the shaded cocktail hour area or inside the reception space until it’s time to be seated. Our goal is for everyone to stay cool and enjoy the day with us! ☀️💛
Our wedding party will be wearing shades of burgundy, mauve, olive green, brown, and tan. If you’d like to avoid those (and of course white/ivory), you’re more than welcome to! However, this is not required - We want everyone to feel comfortable and confident in what they choose to wear, as long as it aligns with our black tie optional attire.
Our wedding is invite-only, so we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your RSVP.
We are so excited to celebrate with all of our family and friends! With a large number of children attending, we kindly ask that children 5 and under, who are not part of the wedding, be cared for by a sitter if possible. If childcare isn’t available, we completely understand and would still love for you to join us.
Our ceremony will be unplugged, which means we ask guests to keep phones and cameras tucked away. We promise to share plenty of beautiful photos afterward—so for now, just relax and enjoy the moment with us!
Yes! We’ll have an open bar so you can raise a glass and celebrate with us. Cheers to a fun night together!
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony (5:00pm) so everyone can be seated and ready.
