Question

What is the rehearsal dinner/beach bonfire dress code?

Answer

We’re going for a business casual, beach-friendly look! Think comfortable yet polished. For men: Lightweight button-down shirts or polos with chinos or tailored shorts. Loafers, boat shoes, or nice sandals work well. For women: Sundresses, skirts, or nice shorts with blouses or casual tops. Comfortable sandals or flats are perfect for the sand.

Question

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is formal/black tie optional, emphasis on the Black, so please come dressed to impress! For men: A tuxedo or a black suit and tie will do, along with black formal shoes and a white dress shirt. For women: A formal black dress or any other elegant, (black) formal attire. For shoes, please note you will be walking on gravel/grass so wedges or wide platforms are advised.

Question

What will be served at the Bonfire Welcome Party?

Answer

We’ll be serving pizza, a selection of beverages, and s’mores! Beer, wine, and seltzers will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own favorite drink if you’d like. Frozen and iced cocktails can also be purchased from the Blue Parrot nearby!

Question

What area should we stay in?

Answer

While Eastpoint and Apalachicola are both great spots with rental options, we highly recommend booking your stay on St. George Island. With the shuttle running between St. George and the Bayshore House, it’s the most convenient choice to get you to and from the wedding hassle-free!

Question

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

We’re overjoyed to be celebrating our wedding at Marla and Marshall’s stunning bay-side home (41 S Bay Shore Dr, Eastpoint, FL 32328). We’re so incredibly grateful that they’ve allowed us to share their beautiful piece of paradise with all of you—it truly means the world to us!

Question

How will I get to the Bayshore House for the wedding on Saturday?

Answer

On Saturday, we’ve got your transportation covered! A shuttle bus will be running between St. George Island and the Bayshore House. Parking at the Bayshore House is limited, so we strongly recommend hopping on the shuttle—this way, you can kick back, enjoy your drinks, and not worry about getting behind the wheel. We want everyone to have a blast, so let’s make sure no one has to play designated driver!

Question

What is the meeting point for the shuttle?

Answer

St. George Island Lighthouse: 2B E Gulf Beach Dr, Eastpoint, FL 32328

Question

What time should I arrive for the shuttle?

Answer

Shuttle times will be communicated to all guests in advance. 1st Shuttle - 4:20 pm 2nd Shuttle - 4:45 pm Final Shuttle - 5:10 pm

Question

What should I do if I want to park at the house next door for the wedding?

Answer

Parking next door is limited, so if you’d like to secure a spot, please fill out [https://forms.gle/P9csZ2gQbffqJBBm7] and reach out to Brad or Zachary. This will help us make sure there’s a space reserved just for you!

Question

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

Answer

While we would love to have all the amazing little ones in our lives celebrate with us, we’ve made the decision to make this an adult-only wedding. Due to venue limitations and the intimate nature of our celebration, we hope you understand.
