How We Met

08.23.2012

Our story begins in August, 2012 at Northeastern University (Boston). We were randomly partnered up during orientation and were asked to learn three fun facts from our partners. After learning Brad is from Orange County, I couldn't stop myself from asking if he knew Lauren Conrad from the famous reality show Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. He chuckled and unfortunately said "no". From that day, our relationship blossomed. Once school started we realized we were in many of the same classes and, in time, became good friends. Before we knew it we were in love, and after graduation, we jubilantly switched coasts and relocated to California. Needless to say, we can’t wait to share the same last name come May, 2020! We hope you can join us!

The Proposal

11.03.2018

After getting good intel from a secret source about "Little Corona" beach, Brad conducted some recon work on the proposal location and its surrounding area. Once satisfied, he hired two talented photographers to capture the moment. With the game plan in place he took me to the meet-up point and dropped to a knee. Luckily, I was not grading him on his quick ability to remove the ring box that was tightly tucked in his right back pocket or else he would have gotten a NRT* (wouldn't have been the first time). I said, "Yes" and the mission was accomplished. I must add, I should have known something was up when he kept drinking out of a cup, which I later on found out it wasn't water but wine...poor guy was nervous! :) *NRT = not responding to training
