Shuttle

We kindly ask guests to park at 5 Oaks (1817 Frederick Rd). To make things easier, a shuttle will run every 10 minutes from 2:45 PM to 3:45 PM from 5 Oaks to transport guests to the venue. If you're local, we would appreciate if you walk, bike, get dropped off, or use the shuttle. Please note that there will be NO parking available at the venue. Limited parking is available at 31B Maple, but we kindly ask guests to park at 5 Oaks. The shuttle will continue to be available throughout the evening. The van will also offer rides back to your cars or nearby homes after the reception ends around 10:30 PM. For those joining the afterparty, the van will also be running late night to ensure everyone gets home safely!
Hotel
Please be aware that if you are staying only Saturday, check-in time is at 3:00 PM. The wedding ceremony will start at 4:00 PM, so please plan accordingly. There is no guarantee of early check in.
