Brad and Paige met in Birmingham, MI on November 8, 2014 while volunteering at a 1920's-themed fundraiser. Brad was responsible for social media content and Paige for selling auction items. While they did their best to be good volunteers, they kept looking for opportunities to cross paths and steal a few seconds of conversation. Brad wasn't sure if Paige was interested but the fundraiser was ending and he needed to make a move. After giving himself a little pep talk, Brad worked up the courage to ask Paige out for a drink. She matter-of-factly replied, "yeah, I'd be down," and they went on their first date. Brad remembers the sweet, quiet Paige downing Soft Parade Ale (7.5% ABV) and wondering how the hell her tolerance was better than his. Well, he soon got his answer. As the buzzed flapper was getting up from the table, her heel got caught on her high top chair and she fell face-first like a child without motor skills. Paige was horrified, but Brad was in love; he drove her home and they had their first kiss. After all that, Brad woke up the next morning and realized he forgot to ask for Paige's number. Brad and Paige got engaged at Stonehouse Bed & Breakfast in Harpers Ferry, WV on November 10, 2017. Yes, apparently they are intrigued by stone.
