Shuttles from Hotel to Venue: 2 PM – Depart Holiday Inn Express 3 PM – Depart Holiday Inn Express Shuttles from Venue to Hotel Block: 9 PM – Depart Bridle Barn & Gardens 10 PM – Depart Bridle Barn & Gardens 11 PM (Last guest shuttle of the night) – Depart Bridle Barn & Gardens. This shuttle will make one stop at the hotel, and one stop at It's Time Grill and Pub (located across the street from the hotel) for an optional after party. The bride and groom will arrive at the after party with the wedding party ~12:15 AM.
