From Lorena: We met at work in July of 2015. Initially, I viewed him as a serious, quiet man, who always kept his hands in his pockets. However, his kind eyes, care for others and sweet smile caught my attention. He left for a work trip for a couple of weeks, and I could not stop thinking about him. When he came back from his trip and walked through the doors of the lab, I could hear my own heart pounding. I was ecstatic to see him. At the time, I did not understand what I was feeling. Once I did, I told myself, "We can't be together. We have nothing in common!" Little did I know that we think a lot alike, have similar values, and make each other laugh. I love the warmth and comfort he gives me. I feel at home when I'm with him. After our first date, I knew he is the one. I have fallen completely in love with him, and I cannot believe that I will soon be his wife! 　 From Brad: We met at work in the summer of 2015. Her amazing work ethic first caught my attention, then that cute pony tail that would swing from side to side pulled me in. She left one Christmas to visit her family in the Philippines. I remember hoping she would come back. I missed her, but did not want to admit it to myself, and much less to her. I thought to myself, "We cannot happen." Little did I know that was just the beginning, and I would fall in love with her. After our first date, the connection between us was instant. I couldn't believe how perfect she was for me, and we have been inseparable ever since. She is my soul mate, and I cannot wait to be her husband!
