We ask guests to wear semi-formal or western attire. However, we don’t want anyone going out to buy a $100 dress just for this one night. It is more important to us that you show up and have fun. Wear what makes you feel good!
No. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited per our venue, and if guests are caught drinking alcohol not provided by the bar, our entire bar service will be shut down. Please trust that we will provide enough alcohol for you, free of charge!
Yep! Tons of parking. A parking attendant will also be there to guide you.
Sure is! It is located in the back of the barn near the outdoor bar. Please ensure you stay at least 50ft away from the barn while smoking, this is a venue rule that they ask we inform our guests of.
It depends. We plan on being weather-dependent. Our venue has indoor and outdoor ceremony areas. If it is too cold, rainy or otherwise gloomy weather, it will be inside. However, it will be the very end of September so it’s a good idea to keep a jacket close in case it gets cold!
Yes! Guests can pet the micro mini highland cows through the fence, but they are not permitted to enter the gate into the cow area. We want you to take all the pics of the cows! Their names are Oscar, Otis and Oswald.
While we do love children, this is an adults-only wedding, unless you have been notified otherwise by the couple. Note: if your invitation is addressed to your entire family (the Johnson family, etc) that is an invitation for your children as well. We encourage you to enjoy a night out away from the kids! If getting childcare is a barrier to your attendance, please let us know when you RSVP.
We will be having pulled pork sandwiches/champagne chicken (choose one), veggies, pasta salad, a dinner roll, and fruit all catered by Parkside Bar & Grill in Hammond, WI. Dinner will be buffet style. We are also providing a dessert table with an arrangement of sweets. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, this is not a problem, please reach out to Kenzie ASAP!
