How far is the venue from the Airport
Answer
60–70 miles. About 1 hr 15 min to 1 hr 45 min drive, depending on traffic and weather.

Can I stay on-site?
Answer
Yes on-site lodging is preferred so everyone can enjoy the full weekend together. Accommodations at Deer Creek Mountain Camp are primarily private cabin-style rooms with bathrooms, and most include kitchenettes, linens, pillows and towels will be provided. Guests also have access to shared gathering spaces and on-site amenities like BBQ grills, fire pits, hiking trails, disc golf, and a full-size basketball gym. Please indicate on your RSVP if you intend to stay at camp. Brad and Kelli will work with you directly on room assignments and booking.

Can I Uber/Lyft to the venue?
Answer
Uber and Lyft are available from Denver International Airport to Deer Creek Mountain Camp; however, availability in the mountain area can be limited and rides may be expensive. We recommend renting a car or coordinating carpools.

Is there enough parking for all guests at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there are enough spots for our guest count however it is advised to carpool when possible.

What time can I check in to my cabin?

Check-in will begin at 5pm following the rehearsal dinner prior to the welcome party and trivia night.

What if I do not plan to stay on-site what events can I attend?

If you plan to stay off-site you can attend Friday's Welcome Party and Trivia Night as well as Saturdays full schedule.

Can I bring my own alcohol/snacks?
Answer
Yes guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol and snacks for use in lodging areas and personal rooms. However, please note that alcohol brought into guest rooms cannot be brought into or consumed during the cocktail hour or reception. The event will be fully staffed with professional bartenders providing all beverage service during those times. We also recommend that guests stop at a grocery store in Conifer along the way prior to arriving in Bailey, as options in the immediate mountain area are limited. Fully catered food, drinks, and bar service will be provided during dinner and reception. Small meals will be provided for Breakfast and during the cocktail hour.

Is there a dress code?

Our wedding will be formal, but with a mountain-friendly twist. Think suits, dresses, and elevated attire but feel free to skip traditional dress shoes or heels. The venue is best suited for comfortable footwear, so nice sneakers or stylish flats are absolutely welcome.

What is the weather like in September?

September in Bailey, Colorado is one of the most beautiful times of year, with warm days, cool evenings, and early signs of fall in the mountains. Daytime temperatures typically range from the 60s to mid-70s°F, while evenings can drop into the 40s or even 30s°F, so layers are highly recommended. The weather is generally dry and sunny, though mountain conditions can change quickly, and occasional afternoon showers are possible. Because the venue is at a higher elevation, we recommend: Bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening Dressing in layers to stay comfortable throughout the day Wearing comfortable shoes suitable for outdoor terrain

Guests traveling from lower elevations may notice the altitude, especially during physical activity or after drinking alcohol.
