Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We'd love for our guests to dress in semi-formal optional attire. Mid-length dresses, or graceful full-length gowns, and suits (ties preferred) are welcome.

Hilton Hotel check-in

Answer

The hotel check in is at 4PM, which unfortunately is also the shuttle departure time. The hotel has stated they most often have early check-in available, but cannot guarantee it a head of time. Please check with the hotel the day of for early check-in options. If they are unable to accommodate early check in for you, they ensured us they will safely secure and hold all bags.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue and back to hotel. Shuttle will leave the Hilton at 4PM. Return shuttle services at 10:30 (end of wedding), and 11:30 (from the after party)

How does the hotel parking work?

Answer

Please bring a picture of or have your car license plate info. with you. They will need this at the front desk, as the parking garage as it is a license plate reader system. They will handle all parking with the front desk team, they DO NOT have to scan the parking signs in the garage.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of on-site parking, and cars can stay overnight. Please pick up cars by 9AM the Sunday.
