    Safety Protocols

Safety Protocols

Please note your health and well-being are important to us, therefore we will be taking the necessary precautions to create a safer event environment for both Thursday and Friday nights. Please do not attend if you feel ill or have recently been exposed to someone who has been. The host, vendors, venue or guests will not be held responsible if you become unwell post wedding weekend. The below will be updated on an ongoing basis as we are mindful things are shifting daily.
Question

What are some of the necessary precautions taking place to ensure the wedding celebration is safe:

Answer

>> Hand sanitizing stations will be available for guests to use throughout the evening. >> The restrooms will have a designated attendant wiping down surfaces. >> We will provide masks for all guests at both events and you are welcome to bring your own. Please note the City of Charleston requires masks to be worn in public places. >> All catering staff are required to wear masks and gloves during food preparation and service. >> All vendors and employees working the wedding will have their temperatures taken before reporting to duty. >> All spaces will be fogged before and after the events. Ultrasonic dry fog is non-toxic and safe. It eliminates 99.9% of microorganisms and pathogens both airborne and grounded. Proven against COVID, H1N1, Flu and more. >> Dinner tables will be spaced 6' apart at both events. >> The wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. >> Before boarding transportation all guests will have their temperature taken and masks will be provided.

For all the days along the way
