What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. Suits, dresses and dressy jumpsuits are encouraged. Don’t forget your dancing shoes!

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

While both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors, Cocktail Hour will be indoor/outdoor. Guests who wish to step outside during Cocktail Hour will have access to a beautiful courtyard garden area.

Question

I see there is a long break between the conclusion of the ceremony and the start of the reception. What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will take photos around downtown Cleveland. If you’re a local guest, you might choose to head home for the break or grab a light lunch. Guests who plan on staying at The Kimpton Schofield can head downtown and check in to their hotel rooms. For fun things to do in downtown Cleveland, visit the “Things to Do” tab!

I plan on staying at The Kimpton Schofield. Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes. We’ve arranged a complimentary shuttle service to bring our hotel guests to and from the hotel to the ceremony and reception. For the ceremony, shuttle service will begin at The Kimpton Schofield at 12:00 pm. For the cocktail hour and reception, shuttle service will begin at 4:30 pm. Shuttles will continue to run between hotel and reception throughout the evening.

I plan on driving to the reception. What is the parking situation? Is it free?

Answer

Free parking is available to guests who wish to drive to the reception. Trinity Cathedral is located at the corner of East 22nd Street and Euclid Avenue, in downtown Cleveland. The Trinity Commons parking lot entrance is on Prospect Avenue at East 22nd Street. You may use the address 2307 Prospect Avenue, Cleveland to map driving directions to the parking lot.
