I would like to offer your group $99+tax rate per studio king room. Each studio king room features a fold out couch. We also have 2 bedroom suites that I can offer at $139+tax. Two bedroom suites feature 2 separate bedrooms with queen size beds in each room as well as living area with fold out couch. Each suite features full kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove top, kitchen is complete with cooking and eating supplies. The cut off date will be 3 weeks before the arrival, meaning guests will have to book rooms 3 weeks in advance in order to guarantee the availability. After the cut off date the rooms will be available based on availability, but we will still honor the negotiated group rate.
