RDU to BTV

The best flight option but most expensive flight option will be to fly into BTV (Burlington, VT) which is approximately 40-45 minutes from the venue. While not a nonstop flight, there is typically only one stop in either newark or charlotte. We will have shuttle van available if flying into BTV on Thursday night or Friday morning by 10AM.

New Orleans to BTV

For those of you flying from New Orleans.

Travel Note

Shuttle Van

We have rented 12 passenger vans for the weekend. These will be used for people to site see during the days so please be willing to share! The vans will be used as a shuttle to and from the venue on the night of the rehearsal dinner and the night of the wedding. We will plan to make stops at the Wilder Farm Inn on the River as well as the Mad River and Warren lodges. Please remember to tip your driver!

Flight

RDU to BOS

This is the more affordable option and a direct flight from RDU to BOS (around 2 hours). Boston is roughly 3 hours from the venue (albeit a beautiful drive) so renting a car is necessary if you choose to take this route. Turo is highly recommended as a rental car alternative or sharing with another couple flying into Boston. We recommend flying in either late Thursday night or early Friday morning and returning either Sunday evening or Monday.
