How do we get to The Magnolia Venue?

Answer

Since The Magnolia Venue is located on a mountain, there will be no personal vehicles permitted. We will have a shuttle picking guests up prior to the wedding. If you stay at a hotel I have listed on this site, the shuttle will pick you up and drop you off at your chosen hotel. If you have chosen to rent a cabin, you will need to meet at The Smoky Mountain Ziplines (509 Mill Creek Road, Pigeon Forge TN) for a ride on the shuttle. Please let bride or groom know which option you choose.

SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

Answer

We will have 2 shuttle buses to pick guests up, from their hotels, and drop guests back off, at their hotels, after the reception. The schedule is listed below: SHUTTLE 1: 2:30PM picking up guests from Courtyard by Marriott 3PM picking up guests from The Ramsey Hotel 3:10PM picking up 11 guests from Black Fox Lodge SHUTTLE 2: 2:30PM picking up 14 guests from Black Fox Lodge 3PM picking up remaining 14 guests from Black Fox Lodge Pre-ceremony cocktail hour starts at 3PM and ends at 4PM for the ceremony.
