Travel Note
Train: Greenport is accessible by the LIRR from Penn Station, New York in Manhattan or from Jamaica if you are coming from the airport (if coming from JFK, you can take the airtrain to Jamaica. If coming from LGA, you will need to take a cab to Jamaic-). There are only a handful of trains per day, so if you require more flexibility please use the Jitney Bus: Greenport is accessible by the Hampton Jitney from Manhattan or Fresh Meadows, Queens (Queens Airport Connection), which is a 20 min Uber from JFK and LGA. Reserve your ride in advance as busses fill up.
