WHAT DATE SHOULD YOU RSVP BY?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is June 6th 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have you marked as a 'no'. We need to provide the venue and vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception to an adults-only event. This rule excludes the little ones in our bridal party of our immediate family. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the venue between 3:15 pm and 3:45 pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm. Light refreshments will be available during this time.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Of course! Per the owner of the venue we are allowed 2 hours of hard alcohol and after will have the beer wine and ciders available. We ask that all guests drink responsibly and do not drive if you plan on drinking. Make arrangements for a safe ride home. We can't wait to celebrate accordingly!

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT THE VENUE?

Answer

Magnolia Mountain Wedding Venue is on the private property of Melissa & Mark Braun. The venue is based on the top of a mountain and overlooks Brownsville, OR. There is parking available at the base of the hill, and guests will have the option to either be shuttled up the hill and or take the nature walk up to the venue. This will be an outdoor wedding, so plan to dress accordingly with the weather.
