This property is truly special, and it is an honor to share it with you. Located in the historic Marigny neighborhood, 2425 Chartres Street has an interesting history – once owned by a Sicilian-American family who operated a grocery at the front of the property (Front and Back Carriage Houses) and lived in the residential units behind. You'll find unique Sicilian-influenced details this family incorporated throughout, including arched doors, archways, mosaic tilework, and cabinetry with unique millwork. In 1995, the property was turned into B&W Courtyards and has been a neighborhood fixture ever since
