The airports in San Francisco, Oakland, and Sacramento are all virtually equidistant to Napa. We recommend flying into the one with the most convenient flights from your home airport and renting a car to get to Napa. There are also a variety of car and shuttle services available if you'd rather not drive. Please feel free to reach out if you have trouble finding transportation from the airport!

We'll have shuttles to pick you up from the designated hotels and drop you off at the venue! Shuttle Schedule For Guests staying at The Best Western, shuttles will come directly to the hotel to pick you up. Pickup Times - 3:00pm & 3:15pm For local guests, please park in the lot at 2121 Imola St. You can park anywhere underneath the solar panels & shuttles will arrive shortly after the pickup times at the Best Western to take everyone to the venue. Leaving the Wedding: Pickup Times - 9:00pm, 9:30pm, 10:15pm These shuttles will stop at the parking lot on 2121 Imola Ave. and then at The Best Western.
