BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS: To make your reservation, first input the dates they wish to stay, click the drop downmenu that is labeled “rate preference”. Click group rate and input group code, TBW, in box and select search. You will be directed to the group block and availability in the block will appear. Choose the room type and continue with making your reservation by July 19th. Guests may also call 1-800-Holiday. A major credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Reservations are subject to pre-authorization 72 hrs. prior to arrival. If credit card on file is not valid, the guest will be contacted to provide a new credit card.
