Due to higher traffic on a Friday evening in the area, please plan to arrive at 4:30pm. Transportation will be provided, there will be a few shuttles leaving from the hotel entrance, beginning at 4:15pm. Welcome refreshments will be provided prior to the ceremony!

Yes, there is parking on-site that can accommodate ~50 vehicles, but please be advised that parking is not permitted overnight at the venue. Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel. There will be a few shuttles leaving from the hotel entrance, beginning at 4:15pm to get to JJAC. Shuttles will begin to leave the JJAC and return to the hotel at 10:30pm.

The John James Audubon Center is a nonprofit nature center and bird and wildlife sanctuary with over 175 acres and a number of historic buildings, including the first home in America of John James Audubon. John James Audubon was an ornithologist, naturalist, conservationist, and bird portrait painter. The John James Audubon Center's programming reflects that of the National Audubon Society, focusing on conserving ecosystems and biodiversity. There are exhibits about birds and wildlife as well as displays regarding Audubon's life, artwork, writing, and scientific and historic legacy.
