3:00 pm - 3:15 pm
Shuttle will be picking up hotel guests between 3-3:15pm.
3:30 pm - 3:45 pm
This is the final shuttle pickup for hotel guests between 3:30-3:45pm.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Please note the ceremony is outside on gravel and grass.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
9:30 pm - 11:45 pm
Shuttles will be taking all guests to Proving Ground starting at 9:30pm. They will make a stop immediately afterwards at the hotel for those that do not want to attend. The shuttle will then make runs from PG to BW at 11:00pm, 11:15pm, and 11:30pm with the last shuttle leaving at 11:50pm back to the hotel.
