Will there be transportation provided to and from the venue?

Wedding Day Transportation We're excited to provide complimentary shuttle service from both hotels to our venue! Please plan to be in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before departure time. Shuttle Schedule Best Western Plus Heritage Rail Inn & Suites Address: 140 Leader Heights Road, York, PA 17403 TO THE CEREMONY: Shuttle Arrival at hotel: 2:15 PM Shuttle Departure from hotel: 2:30 PM Arrival at Lauxmont Farms: 3:00 PM Quality Inn & Suites Address: 2600 East Market Street, York, PA 17402 TO THE CEREMONY: Shuttle Arrival at hotel: 2:15 PM Shuttle Departure from hotel: 2:30 PM Arrival at Lauxmont Farms: 3:00 PM Important Notes The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM Please be in the hotel lobby and ready to board at 2:15 PM Return transportation details will be provided at the reception. If you miss the shuttle and do not want to drive, please use a rideshare service or taxi to the venue. We look forward to celebrating with you!

If I choose to drive to the venue, will there be ample parking?

Answer

Yes! Our venue is called The Rotunda at Lauxmont Farms and provides ample parking on site just a few steps from where the ceremony and reception will take place, there will be parking attendants on site to direct you to The Rotunda. Lauxmont Farms is over 1,400 acres and four different event venues, but the main venue upon entering Lauxmont Farms is The Rotunda so it is not hard to find.

Is there an after party?

Answer

I know everyone is very interested in ensuring we keep the party going well into the night! Our venue, Lauxmont Farms - The Rotunda, allows us to have our after party right at the venue! Please stay and party with us all night (or whenever you’d like to call it 🤣)

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your kiddos with all of our hearts! However, our wedding will be adults only, with exception for our nephews and teenage family members. The venue is quite picturesque, however, it is located along the Susquehanna River and not quite kid friendly.
