There is plenty of parking for guests at the chapel. As for the reception, all hotels in the area are walking distance from the reception venue and provide onsite parking for guests. There is also Jacksonville Beach public parking in the surrounding areas of the reception venue.
All invited guests will be listed on your formal invitation. Due to venue restrictions, we ask that you kindly adhere to this.
Our wedding will be an adults only event. Please arrange for childcare in advance. We truly appreciate your understanding!
We kindly ask that all guests keep their phones silenced and tucked away during the ceremony. Our amazing photographer will capture everything beautifully, so you can relax and enjoy the experience!
Please see our travel page with hotels walking distance of the reception venue! Airbnb or vacation rentals are also encouraged as there are many in the surrounding area.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. Please make arrangements to arrive prior to the start time so we can begin on time.
We’d love for our guests to dress in formal evening attire for the celebration! Women can opt for midi to ankle length evening dresses or dressy separates, while men should wear a suit. To keep the event feeling festive, we ask that guests avoid jeans, sneakers, and t-shirts. If you’re unsure about what to wear, we’re happy to offer guidance! While there is no formal color palette, should you wish for a bit of inspiration while planning your look, darker shades and jewel tones complement the venue beautifully. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable and yourself.
