Due to the recent changes with my venue not reopening I cancelled the previous hotel contract that had blocked rooms. Anyone who has already booked with that hotel has 2 weeks from the time of the event to cancel without charges. Also, you have the option to keep that hotel it is 20 minutes away through. I have listed these hotels as they are the closest to the new venue but there are a lot of other hotels you can choose from within 15 minutes. I didn't block off rooms with the new places since the prices online were better than the blocked prices so I wanted everyone to get the best price.
