Question

When should I RSVP by? What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline? What if i need to change my RSVP from a yes to a decline?

Answer

*****RSVP'S ARE NOW CLOSED AS OF 8/31***** If you missed the RSVP deadline we have marked you as a “Declines with regret”. We will miss celebrating with you the day of, but we understand you have life, work, family commitments, and sometimes life just gets away from us. We have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the time frame they have given. We can not accept late RSVP’s due to this requirement. We hope you understand, and we look forward to celebrating with you at a later time! If you are no longer able to attend our wedding after you have sent in your "accepts" RSVP, please contact either Francisco or Marissa AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thank you.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Venue doors open at 3:00pm. Please arrive with ample time to find parking.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire theme is western/semi formal: cocktail dresses, semi formal dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, slacks, pearlsnap shirt, button up shirt, bolo tie, tie, no tie, dress shoes, western boots. Please bring a jacket for the evening just in case. November weather can be unpredictable. Our ceremony will be held outdoors and our reception will be held indoor/outdoor. There is a mixture of walking landscapes including concrete, grass, and dirt, so I would try to stay away from wearing stilettos or any thin heel.

Question

What should I bring?

Answer

Make sure to bring some cash with you. -We will have a cash bar available to purchase from a selection of Monserate wine, local craft beer, and select mixed drinks. -Frankie and I will also be having a money dance during the reception. Bring some cash with you, choose to dance with either the bride and/or groom and shake it on the dance floor with us!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately due to the type of venue (winery), location and surrounding area (on site lakes, & ponds) we will not be able to host children on our wedding day. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have space for any plus ones that are not already included on your invitation. We love our friends and family and we are so happy that you want to celebrate with us! Due to budget constraints, and venue occupancy policy we are only able to accommodate guests who were sent invitations and ones with a designated plus one. If you did not receive a plus one we ask that you please respect that, as any additional guests will not be able to attend.

Question

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction.

Answer

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We will try to accommodate as much as possible.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We encourage carpooling as much as possible to our wedding venue. There will be a parking lot available for guests to park in at the lower lot to the right of the winery entrance.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a second wedding held in the upper left section of our venue where the general tasting room is. We are located in the lower right half of the winery property as soon as you turn in. There will be signs upon entry to direct you.
