We started out as friends in our clarinet studio at CSU! We built an awkward but sweet friendship for two years as we progressed through our degrees and played in ensembles together. In late 2023, the both of us discovered that we had gone through similar walks of life, similar hardships, and a similar need for Jesus, which turned into a connection neither of us expected. Finally, (on Rachel's 20th birthday) it decided that we did not just want to be friends. We went to church together that morning. We went on dates all throughout that month while we prayed on what kind of relationship the Lord was calling us to. Finally, we became official on October 17th, 2023. From there, it's history! We only have our Father in Heaven to thank for bringing us together and leading us in our journey. Jesus is our center. We can't wait to grow with Him first and foremost, and we are beyond excited to start our life together.
