Completely and Perfectly Incandescently Happy

Friday June 28th at 3 p.m. Nikki received a text telling her to check her front door. There she found waiting for her a little bag filled with roses, earrings, and a note telling her to be ready by 4:30, and to, very importantly, dress cute. Little did she know that her best friend from New Hampshire had flown down to surprise her, and that she would be the one picking her up instead of Jackson. At this point she knew what was going on, and sat anticipatorily in the passenger seat as they made their way to an unknown location. She was brought to Olbrich Botanical Gardens and was instructed to ask the front desk for a "very special map with a marked location". Getting lost a few times, she eventually found her way to a little hidden path arched with greenery. And there waiting for her was Jackson. He said a few words and then finally got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. And she said no. Just kidding! She obviously said yes and now we're extremely happy to be celebrating our marriage with all of you! We hope to see you soon!
