We’re getting married!

We met during high school working at Gringos. Cody won me over by secretly letting me win at every tic tac toe game we played during our down time at work. Cody asked my best friend if she thought i would say yes to prom with him and after asking me she helped him set up the whole thing! Cody went off to college and we lost touch, about a year later we started talking again and were dating a few weeks later. We have been inseparable ever since.

For New Year’s Eve we took a trip to canyon lake to have a  romantic getaway. We returned on New Year’s Day and were headed to a family party at his parent’s house. When we got there everyone was in the back yard, there were roses leading to an area surrounded by my favorite flowers. I immediately started tearing up. We walked out and he got on one knee with our family and friends all there.
